1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at confianzamoving.com or using the services of Confianza Moving & Storage LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Confianza Moving & Storage provides professional moving, packing, storage, and related services. The specific terms of any move — including pricing, dates, and scope of work — will be outlined in a separate service agreement or bill of lading provided at the time of booking.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to your move. We strive to provide accurate flat-rate quotes with no hidden fees. Any additional services requested on moving day may result in additional charges, which will be disclosed before the work is performed.

4. Booking and Cancellation

• A deposit may be required to secure your moving date
• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the move date will receive a full refund of any deposit
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the move may forfeit the deposit
• We reserve the right to reschedule moves due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control

5. Liability and Insurance

Confianza Moving & Storage is fully licensed and insured. Our liability for lost or damaged items is governed by applicable federal and state regulations for moving companies. We strongly recommend that customers maintain their own moving insurance for high-value items.

We are not liable for damage to items that were improperly packed by the customer, pre-existing damage, or items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to the move.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the scope of the move
• Ensure items are accessible and ready for loading on moving day
• Disclose any items of extraordinary value prior to the move
• Ensure parking and access is available at both pickup and delivery locations
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during the move

7. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport hazardous materials including but not limited to: flammable liquids, explosives, toxic chemicals, firearms (without proper licensing), perishable food items, or live plants on long-distance moves.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confianza Moving & Storage's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific move giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
